Back office and administration
The back office system provides a one ‘click’ solution to access everything you need in one place. From a single customer view including account performance, identity verification and affordability assessments through to agent performance, statistical and financial reporting it has never been easier to manage your entire business.
Agent App
Agents use a handheld device to log on to the easy to use App which simplifies lending and collecting on the doorstep. The structure and process ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, business policies and procedures.
Customer information
Managers and administrators can access all the information required to manage customers effectively. A single customer view includes loan and payment history, together with photographic evidence of ID, proof of address and income. Affordability assessments signed and verified by the customer and e-signatures captured on electronic agreements allow compliance checks to be performed easily and quickly.
App features
Everything the agent needs to carry out their job is provided in the App. Collection activity incorporates walk sequence, amounts collected, rebates, and lodgment returns. For customers requiring a loan personal information, evidence of ID, income, affordability, credit checks, and agreements are all completed on the App. The customer's e-signature is always required for verification of information as well as the agreement.
